Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
1. Scope
This policy concerns personal information processed in connection with audiodeluxe.eu and enquiries about the manufacturers, products and experiences presented on the website.
2. Information in your enquiry
When you contact Audio Deluxe, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, product interests and the contents of your message.
Please provide only information relevant to your request. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your request and arrange a requested appointment or follow-up.
Processing necessary to take steps at your request towards a contract with you is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
General and business correspondence may be processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on legitimate interests in responding and maintaining professional communications, subject to your rights and interests.
Processing necessary to meet a legal obligation is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
An enquiry does not, by itself, subscribe you to promotional communications. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
4. Access and disclosure
Personal information is used only for the relevant purpose. Access should be limited to authorised people and appropriately engaged providers who need it for their work.
Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
A shared brand does not, by itself, authorise sharing personal information between separate Audio Deluxe companies.
5. Retention
Enquiry information is retained for the time necessary to resolve the request and manage directly related correspondence.
Relevant records may be retained longer where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Retention should be limited to the information needed for that purpose.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Privacy requests are normally answered within one month. A permitted extension will be explained within that period.
You may complain to a competent data protection authority, including Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate at www.dvi.gov.lv.
7. Cookies and external services
The Cookie Policy explains device storage and similar technologies.
External websites and messaging platforms have their own privacy practices. Their policies apply to their independently operated services.
8. Contact
Please use the Contact page for questions about personal data and identify your message as a privacy request.
